4. Accounts and Access

5. Payment Terms
By purchasing services from Business Blueprint AI, you agree to the following

5.1 Subscriptions & Billing
Monthly subscription services renew automatically until canceled.
Billing occurs at the start of each subscription period.
5.2 Free Trials
Free trials may be offered at our discretion.
When a trial ends, standard billing begins unless canceled beforehand.
5.3 Refunds
No refund policy: All payments—including subscriptions, one-time fees, and setup fees—are non-refundable.
5.4 One-Time Fees
One-time project fees, consulting engagements, or custom build fees must be paid as specified in the service agreement or invoice.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Engage in illegal or harmful use of our services
Misuse AI tools for fraud, impersonation, harassment, misinformation, or harmful content
Scrape, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
Overload, disrupt, or abuse system resources
Violate intellectual property rights
Upload or input unlawful, confidential, or harmful data
You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
7. Company Rights
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms
Modify, update, or discontinue services
Enforce usage limits, including AI usage, API calls, or fair use thresholds
Remove unlawful, abusive, or harmful content
Deny access to users who pose a security or operational risk
We may make service changes at any time, with or without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Company IP
All software, tools, systems, workflows, algorithms, branding, website content, and proprietary technologies are owned by Kevin O’Shea / Business Blueprint AI.
You may not copy, license, modify, or distribute Company IP without explicit written permission.
8.2 User Input
Users retain ownership of the data and content they provide to the system.
8.3 AI Output Ownership
Users own the outputs generated by the AI tools unless stated otherwise under specific licensing agreements.
8.4 AI Training
You grant permission for Business Blueprint AI to use anonymized data for service improvement, quality assurance, and AI training unless you request otherwise in writing.
9. Data Protection & Confidentiality
We will take reasonable measures to safeguard customer data.
You agree to handle any confidential business information belonging to the Company or its clients with appropriate care and not to disclose it without permission.
Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. AI Limitations & Disclaimers
You acknowledge and agree that:
AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete
Outputs should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice
You are solely responsible for verifying outputs before using them
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability
Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Business Blueprint AI disclaims all liability arising from:
AI errors or hallucinations
Business losses, lost revenue, or reputational damage
Downtime, outages, or service interruptions
User misuse or reliance on outputs
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Business Blueprint AI’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 3 months.
We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages of any kind.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations—those limitations apply only to the extent legally permissible.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate service at any time, for any reason.
We may also suspend or terminate accounts immediately if:
Payment is not received
You violate these Terms
Your use poses a security, legal, or operational risk
Abuse, harassment, or misuse of AI resources occurs
Upon termination, access to services and data may be revoked.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any legal claim, the parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation.
If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved under the laws and courts of the State of New Mexico, USA.
14. Modifications to These Terms
We may update or revise these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
